We worked with Mitch Morin as our rental agent when relocating to Simcoe County. When we arrived for our 5-day house-hunting trip, Mitch had several great options lined up. The property had a very difficult tenant situation, and I was also living in another city, which made the process even more challenging. Despite this, Doug handled everything with incredible professionalism and dedication. Doug and his wife went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Since I was not able to be there in person, he frequently visited the property himself to take care of many things that normally would not be expected from an agent.
