Linda and her team were absolutely amazing. Selling and purchasing is so stressful. She and Andrea supported me through every step. Linda gave me courage to pursue a dream home. We laughed and cried with happiness together at the final outcome. Linda Knight can sell your home and help you find the home of your dreams.

Linda and her team were exceptional throughout our home-buying journey. With only a week to find a house and limited buying experience, we had plenty of questions and concerns—but Linda was remarkably patient and guided us every step of the way. Even after closing, she continues to respond promptly to clear up details with the previous owners. We highly recommend Linda to anyone buying or selling, and we will definitely work with her again in the future!

Selling a home can be a stressful process, but it is especially difficult when unexpected challenges arise. We faced several hurdles during our sale, but having Doug Lawson in our corner made all the difference. From day one, Doug proved to be incredibly resourceful and calm under pressure. When the market shifted, water quality issues, and more he didn't skip a beat. He immediately developed a strategic workaround, coordinated the necessary steps, and protected our financial interests every step of the way. Thanks to Doug's tenacity and level-headed guidance, we successfully closed the sale with a fantastic outcome. If you want an agent who knows how to navigate the toughest situations with absolute professionalism, we cannot recommend Doug Lawson highly enough.

We worked with Mitch Morin as our rental agent when relocating to Simcoe County. Before our house-hunting trip, we worked with him remotely to discuss what we were looking for and what was important to us in a rental. When we arrived for our 5-day house-hunting trip, Mitch had several great options lined up. The rental market was moving quickly, but he was able to move quickly as well and used his local knowledge and network to help us secure the place we wanted. One thing we really appreciated was that he genuinely listened to us. As we looked at different properties, he remembered details we'd mentioned and pointed out when a place was missing something that we had said was important. It made us feel like he understood what we were looking for and he wasn't just trying to get us into any rental. We really enjoyed working with Mitch and would absolutely work with him again.

Doug Lawson was awesome! He was referred to us and did not disappoint. Very prompt and responsive emails and texts. The real value came when he was showing us properties, he wasn’t afraid to get dirty to really look at each property from the ground up. We did find our dream home and Doug was a huge part of the process. We knew we were in good hands and I would recommend the team at Linda Knight to anyone!

We used the services of Doug Lawson from the Linda Knight team for the purchase of a new home. We can’t say enough great things about Doug. He was everything you’d want in a Realtor. He was professional, passionate about Real Estate, incredibly knowledgeable and always had our best interest front and centre. When shopping for a home you want someone like Doug on Yue side to guide you through the process. Doug came to us by way of recommendation from someone we know and trust. We’re so glad we followed their advice to work with him and now we’re please to be the ones referring Doug to others. You’ll feel well taken care of and you’ll find a place that’s perfect for you.

I worked with Mitch to find a rental place in Barrie for myself. He was amazing to work with. He was willing to look at the rental places I was eyeing and was able to find a few extra places to look at. When it time to sign the papers and submit anything he was super straight forward with what happening. He made the process super easy and stress free. I would highly recommend Mitch and the Linda Knight Team.

My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Doug Lawson. I had an excellent experience working with The Linda Knight Team during the sale of my property in Angus. The property had a very difficult tenant situation, and I was also living in another city, which made the process even more challenging. Despite this, Doug handled everything with incredible professionalism and dedication. Doug and his wife went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They were always looking out for my best interests and consistently worked in my favor. Since I was not able to be there in person, he frequently visited the property himself to take care of many things that normally would not be expected from an agent. On several occasions, he cleaned the house, changed light fixtures, and even cleared and cleaned the driveway to make sure the property looked i...

"I was very fortunate to have recently had the experience of working with Doug Lawson on a property purchase that he had listed on behalf of his clients. He was professional, personable, prompt and addressed challenges head-on, with a problem-solving attitude. Doug's clients are very lucky to have him in their corner, and as a real estate agent, it is rare to work with other agents who possess the combination of such tremendous technical competence, professionalism and fabulous communication and people skills! Don't hesitate to contact Doug Lawson for your real estate needs - he will take great care of you!"

"Outstanding Service & Expertise! Working with Dan Kilcullen from the Linda Knight Team was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. "Just Call Already!! I have bought and sold three homes with Linda, and will be calling on her again to set my children up in their first homes. It's hard to say what I love most about her, whether it's the fact that she has never pressured me, and always respected my must haves, to her being able to close two houses in a crazy competitive market. Don't be misled by her easy going approach with her clients bc this woman means business, she is there for you, and will get the job done. Thanks to Linda we now live in our dream home. Me and my kids will forever be grateful to her for this."

"My wife and I were considering to relocate out of town to a different style property. Linda was the perfect fit. Comfortable environment, no pressure , understood exactly what we were looking for, very professional, and always has a smile! Her knowledge of the business and the local demographic to meet our family needs was impeccable! It made everything very easy! Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to relocate. Linda fully understood! Again no pressure to make a sale! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for property or requiring any advice with real estate !!! Top notch team!!!"

Tom

"I and my wife personally delt with Linda during a hectic time being once again posted to another province. She was the most professional, resourceful, caring and kind Relator that I (we) have ever had the privilege to deal with. During my career, I have been posted (moved) from an array of places across this vast country of ours, coast to coast. By far she was the most understanding relator we have ever had. I was deployed on the west coast while my wife was left to deal with the headaches that arise with selling ones home in Angus to move to the east coast. We were blessed with an angle going by the name of Linda Knight. She made this stressful time so much less so, taking care of our needs, and ensuring all when smoothly well."

Linda Knight is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Linda Knight and the Linda Knight team. If we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who to call."
